How does It work?

Select the desired KPI, such as the refund, and choose a specific time frame. The Trends tab will generate a table displaying the performance of all your products, month by month, along with the corresponding KPI values and the percentage change compared to the previous month.

Identifying Problematic SKUs

Sorting the table in the Trends tab provides immediate visibility into your problematic SKUs. By examining the month-to-month changes in BSR, you can quickly identify products that experienced a drop in ranking. This valuable information empowers you to take necessary actions, such as adjusting prices, assessing product quality, or running targeted advertising campaigns, to reverse negative trends and optimise your sales performance.

In this BSR screenshot below, the 4th product BSR is reduced in the current month compared to the rest of the products. So, review ads performance and pricing to boost the BSR.
