This feature lets you create digital bundles of complementary items, boosting sales without extra logistics headaches. Let’s break it down simply – what it is, how to get started, and why it’s a game-changer.

What Are Virtual Bundles?

Virtual bundles let you group 2-5 of your products into one listing, sold as a set but shipped separately from FBA stock. Shoppers see it as a convenient “buy together” option, like “shampoo + conditioner” or “phone case + screen protector”. No need to pre-pack – Amazon handles the dispatch individually.

Requirements to Get Started

It’s straightforward, but you must tick these boxes:

  • Brand Registry: You need to own the brand and be enrolled in Amazon’s Brand Registry.
  • Active FBA Inventory: All bundled products must be new, in stock, and fulfilled by Amazon (FBA).

Once set up, create bundles in Seller Central under Inventory > Manage Virtual Bundles. Pick your ASINs, set a bundle price (often discounted to entice), and launch.

Fees: No Nasty Surprises

The best bit? No additional bundle fees. Products ship separately, so you pay standard sales commissions and FBA fulfilment costs per item. It’s like selling them individually, but with the bundle’s appeal driving more orders.
